We double box all shipments and wrap the inner box with bubble wrap to insure they arrive in perfect condition.

Our tiles do not come broken and selling damaged products is not part of our business. We strive to offer you the best product, which comes in the safest packaging possible. If your tiles do happen to damage during shipping we will replace or refund the difference.
