If you are not satisfied with your product upon receipt, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on the products we sell. We only ask that you return the product to us in its original condition and original shipping carton. Please let us know if you have any issues with your shipment upon arrival. All return and damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. All returns must be returned prepaid, and in their original condition with the original packaging.

Please inspect all sheets of tile before installing as no returns will be accepted after installation has begun. Slight colour variations must be accepted as a normal feature as our tile selection is hand painted. Please inspect your tiles for damage prior to installation.

Return Policy does not apply to samples. Samples are non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: We've never had a single complaint about our tiles, so we don't handle returns very often! But if you are sincerely displeased we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
