In addition, our factory inspects each sheet of tile 3 times prior to shipping them to our warehouse. We double box all shipments and wrap the inner box with bubble wrap to insure they arrive in perfect condition.

 If you are not satisfied with your product upon receipt, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. We only ask that you return the product to us in its original condition and original shipping carton. Please let us know if you have any issues with your tiles upon arrival. All return and damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. All returns must be returned prepaid, and in their original condition with the original packaging.

Please inspect all sheets of tile before installing as no returns will be accepted after installation has begun. Slight colour variations must be accepted as a normal feature as our tile selection is hand painted. Please inspect your tiles for damage prior to installation.

Return Policy does not apply to samples. Samples are non refundable.
