Every single one of our tiles our custom made to order for us. Our supplier does not sit on huge amounts of inventory. In addition we deal directly with the manufacturer, so there are no wholeslaers or distributors to take a piece of your wallet.

> How long will it take to ship my tiles if I make a purchase?
Most shipments will arrive at your address within 2 to 10 business days depending on your location.

>I live in the USA, Do I have to pay Taxes or Duty?
No, Taxes. No Duty, nor brokerage or any other charges for USA customers.

>I live in Canada, Da I have to pay Taxes?
Yes, you must pay the taxes that correspond to each province either HST or GST where applicable.

> My tiles look different in person, than on screen.. why?
Due to the limitations of color reproductions on your computer screen, the colors of the actual tiles may differ slightly in real life. If you are hesitant about matching the color of the tiles exactly, we highly suggest purchasing a sample first.

> I've never purchased online, is this safe?
These days you have to be careful who you trust. When you purchase with us you have the option of paying with pay-pal to add to your safety and security. You can also check out our testimonials that reflects a range of cusotmers from accross canada, that are all happy to have purchased from us!~

> How does paypal keep me safe?
Paypal has what is know as a 'buyers protection policy'. When you pay online with paypal (with us or anybody else) and for some reason your product does not show up, or perhaps you were over billed or maybe even the shipment took too long - then paypal will refund your money.

Yes. Often most credit cards offer online shopping fraud protection

> What happens if there are any broken tiles?
We pack our tiles very carefully. They are double boxed, and a adequate amount of bubble wrap is used to reduce the chance of breakage. We also try to include a little extra tile in the event that there may be a few broken pieces. If there is any serious damage when your shipment arrives please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace or refund any broken tile

> I'm not sure of the color, can I get samples?
Yes, we can mail you tile samples at the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are $3.49/sample to most major centres in North America..

> What method of payment do you accept?

> How much do I need to buy to cover for cut-offs?
Industry professionals suggest you consider buying between 10% - 15% extra for cut offs and breakage.

> I require several pallets of tile can you supply me?
